You are most welcome to attend and to worship in the ancient and atmospheric surroundings of St John the Baptist. This church was at least 600 years old when this current form of Evensong was introduced!.
Evensong has its roots in the traditions of monastic worship. We celebrate it at St John the Baptist on a regular basis. Where possible the service will be sung, or partially sung.
